Senior Care Connect is a new project from Sights and Sounds Ministry, being developed to help older people with everyday tasks and build meaningful connections in their community.

We aim to offer practical support with shopping, light cleaning, gardening and getting to appointments—helping older people maintain their independence and feel more connected.

A helping hand with light household cleaning to keep everyday spaces comfortable and tidy.

Help with getting to appointments and local activities, supporting independence and connection.
