Our Ethos and Foundation
Our Ethos and Foundation
Our Christian faith shapes what we teach, how we serve and how we treat others.
Our Christian faith shapes what we teach, how we serve and how we treat others.
We trust the Bible as God’s inspired, infallible Word and our final authority for belief and practice.
God and Jesus Christ: We worship one God—Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is fully divine: born of a virgin, sinless, crucified for our sins, bodily raised and ascended to the Father. He will return in glory.
Salvation comes through Christ alone, through repentance and faith. The Holy Spirit gives new life and enables believers to live faithfully.
We affirm the resurrection of all people, leading to eternal life with God or eternal separation from Him.
United as Christ’s Church, we commit to prayer, service, sharing the Gospel and helping people grow as disciples.
We uphold life’s sacredness from conception to natural death, God’s creation of humanity as male and female, and marriage between one man and one woman.
We seek to put these convictions into practice through compassionate care for people’s spiritual and practical needs.
